How you setup your email program to check your email depends on what email program you're using. They are all somewhat different.

Basically though, these settings remain constant:
(For the example below, assume your domain name is fred.com)

Smtp = fred.com
pop = fred@fred.com
from = anyname@fred.com
passwd = the same used for FTP
